Chandan Mishra, MS

Chandan Mishra brings more than eighteen years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, spanning luxury hotels, private clubs, and convention Centers, to his work as an educator. This depth of real-world practice shapes a teaching style that is grounded, practical, and rich with insight from the field.

At Focus College, Chandan serves as a Hospitality Instructor and teaches within the Business Management program, and he developed the curriculum for the college’s new Hospitality and Tourism Diploma. He also teaches at Capilano University since 2016 as a Tourism Instructor within the School of Business, and at A1 Global College of Health, Business and Technology, where his areas include business management, accounting, and related disciplines.

Chandan holds a Master of Business Administration in Sales and Marketing and a bachelor's degree in hospitality management. This blend of business acumen and hospitality expertise informs his commitment to helping students bridge theory and practice, preparing them to lead with confidence in a dynamic, service-driven industry.
