Lieutenant General (Retd) Umar Farooq Durrani brings over 38 years of leadership, management, and human resource development experience from his distinguished military career. A graduate of the National Defense University, JFSC Norfolk (USA), and Cranfield University (UK), he has also held senior instructional roles and authored multiple publications. A passionate sports person and an avid reader, Umar today applies his extensive expertise in strategy, operations, and education to help Focus College students achieve their personal and professional goals.
