Dr. Sandeep Singh Sandhu, PhD

Dr. Sandeep holds a PhD in Welding Technology and brings over 24 years of expertise in material science, welding, and advanced analysis techniques. With two decades of leadership in higher education, he has guided faculty teams, advanced student recruitment, and promoted equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. A prolific researcher with 54 publications and extensive international conference contributions, he has also supervised multiple PhD and MTech scholars. Recognized with the Nation Builders Award in 2017, Dr. Sandhu combines academic excellence, research leadership, and strong communication skills to drive student success and innovation at Focus College.
