Souzan Khadiv, MS

Souzan holds a Master of Administrative Science in Global Leadership and Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She brings more than 15 years of professional experience in hospitality and tourism. Her teaching spans hospitality, tourism, and business, and she brings practical industry knowledge into the classroom with an emphasis on leadership and applied learning. Her recent research examines regenerative tourism, cultural tourism, sustainable destination development, and intergenerational belonging. Souzan is committed to creating relevant and engaging learning experiences that support students’ academic and professional success.
