English as a Second Language
12 Weeks
Our English as a second language program is delivered by experienced instructors, who provide our students with the one-to-one attention they need to succeed. Focus College welcomes many international students each year who get the opportunity to practice and improve their English.
Instructor Lead Work Fluency English Program
12 Weeks
Our instructor lead English program will build your language skills through reading, listening, writing, and speaking exercises. There are 4 levels in the program – Beginner, Lower Intermediate, Upper intermediate and Advanced.
French as a Second Language (Beginner)
3 Weeks
Our 5-Star French Beginner FSL Program will build your language skills through reading, listening, writing, and speaking exercises. This is the first of 4 French levels offered at Focus College. Each lesson of this program will apply vocabulary, grammar, listening, speaking, conversation patterns, and reading on subjects that we experience every day such as greetings, activities, sports, hobbies, etc.
French as a Second Language (Lower Intermediate)
3 Weeks
Our 5-Star French Lower Intermediate FSL Program will build upon the 5-Star Beginner FSL Program through growth of language skills through reading, listening, writing, and speaking exercises. This is the second of 4 French levels offered at Focus College. Each lesson of this program will apply vocabulary, grammar, listening, speaking, conversation patterns, and reading on subjects that we experience every day such as greetings, activities, sports, hobbies, etc.
French as a Second Language (Upper Intermediate)
3 Weeks
Our 5-Star French Lower Intermediate FSL Program will build upon the 5-Star Beginner FSL Program through growth of language skills through reading, listening, writing, and speaking exercises. This is the third of 4 French levels offered at Focus College. Each lesson of this program will apply vocabulary, grammar, listening, speaking, conversation patterns, and reading on subjects that we experience every day such as greetings, activities, sports, hobbies, etc.
French as a Second Language (Conversation Enrichment)
3 Weeks
Our 5-Star French Advanced FSL Program will build your language skills through reading, listening, writing, and speaking exercises. This Conversational Enrichment program will help students improve their fluency and oral accuracy for the French language. French learners benefit from being able to confidently navigate and participate in their communities.
French as a Second Language (Advanced)
3 Weeks
Our 5-Star French Advanced FSL Program will build your language skills through reading, listening, writing, and speaking exercises. This is the final (or fourth) French level offered at Focus College. Each lesson of this program will apply vocabulary, grammar, listening, speaking, conversation patterns, and reading on subjects that we experience every day such as greetings, activities, sports, hobbies, etc. French learners benefit from being able to confidently navigate and participate in their communities.
French as a Second Language (Expert)
3 Weeks
Our 5-Star French Expert FSL Program will build your language skills through reading, listening, writing, and speaking exercises. The Expert Level of French is an assurance of a student’s ability to interact comfortably while expressing abstract thought and understanding. This program focuses on consolidating grammatical knowledge, written enhancement, and verbal expression.
