Sajjad Ali, CEO
Sajjad holds a degree in Computer Sciences and Electronics Engineering. While pursuing his passion for education as CEO of Focus College, he also runs a successful software business. Despite his busy schedule, he makes sure to give enough time and attention to his charity work and non-profit ventures.
Colleen Chapman, President
Colleen backpacked Europe and Egypt after high school. She attended Mount Royal College, SAIT and BCIT. After several years working in an ad agency environment, she launched CanScribe Career College. Colleen is an avid traveler and is passionate about supporting education and micro-loan projects in developing countries.

Kristianne holds a Master’s degree and B.A. from Simon Fraser University and is passionate about higher learning. She brings a wealth of international experience to his role at Focus College. She loves travelling and giving back to her community.
Eileen Neufeld, Kelowna Admissions
Eileen has a certificate in OUC for Office Assistant and an art certificate. She brings over 25 years of experience in customer service and 10 years of experience in retail management. Eileen enjoys painting, camping and water sports.

Peter has a Masters Degree in Strategic Marketing Management from Kingston University in London UK and worked for companies such as Siemens, Philips, Sophos and medium to start-up organisations. He is passionate about skiing and the great outdoors which Canada offers in abundance.
Sheila Rennie, HR & Controller
HR & Controller
Sheila is a native Calgarian who moved to the Okanagan in 1990. She has extensive skills in accounting, human resources, office management, training and supervision of staff. Her prior experience includes working for a property management/real estate company, law firm, and the manufacturing industry. She is an outdoor enthusiast who likes to keep busy. She enjoys hiking, camping, snowshoeing, golfing, traveling and spending time with her two children, family and friends.
